Tai Chi and Qigong for energy, flexibility and relaxation. Classes include warm ups, stretches, Tai Chi breathing techniques, Tai Chi and Qigong forms for increasing energy and flexibility and deep relaxation. You can do ½ hour ($12) or 1 hour ($20/$17 concession).
